Wanted to let everybody know my experience and the amazing customer service that I experienced. I made a mistake ordered the wrong size for my young son. They actually called me direct asked me the questions help me pick out the correct side and then ship it back to me within three days. You do not see that service anyway thank you guys so much . Ordered a couple hats for Christmas presents and one was not the hat I ordered. Received a phone call from the owner of the company within an hour of sending an email advising of the situation. He apologized for the mistake and said the correct hat would be in the mail in the morning. Great customer service and appreciated the quick response. I will definitely be doing business with Swamp Cracker in the future.

Took way to long for the price of shipping. Patch is pealing off the hat after one day of wear. I like it but it’s crap. $30+ & it’s already falling apart after 3-4 hrs of wear. I would buy more but can’t because of this experience...
